[GAMEPLAY] Zac W range shorter than tooltip

When playing Zac and using W "Unstable Matter" the range is shorter than the tooltip shows. It is also shorter than his basic attack range. As seen in the video, when in range of the dragon per the W tooltip and within auto attach range you can basic attack fine, but his W does not hit the dragon. I have replicated this when attacking hitting Baron and Gromp, but I have not tried to replicate this against champions.
