Can't use certain letters in champ select

I don't know what caused this. It's not my keyboard. Basically, I can't type the letters Q, F, J, K, and Z. My W is always capitalized. I have no idea how to reproduce this, I did nothing out of the ordinary to make this happen, and my keyboard is working fine in chat windows and other programs. NA server. Send help.
