Supersampling LoL Makes Map Icons and Emotes Tiny

While turning up anti-aliasing can reduce in game artifacts and jagged lines, supersampling (or running the game at a higher resolution than your monitor's native res, then downscaling to fit your screen) can significantly improve the game's visual clarity without too much of a performance impact.

I've recently discovered that supersampling League to 2715x1527 on my 1920x1080 monitor not only greatly increases the detail and clarity of the environment, but the characters as well; even with maxed-out video settings.

Supersampling hasn't caused any performance problems so far, however it has shrunk the size of emotes and player icons on the mini-map! The mini-map itself retains the same aspect ratio as it would on the 1920x1080 resolution, but the champion icons barely span half the width of a lane. In continuation, the emotes are about half the size they should be, and appear underneath/behind player names! (And yes, both mini-map and chat scaling are set to 100.)

Is there any way to fix this? Supersampling really does improve the visual integrity of the game, but if the mini-map & emotes are bugged and hard to see, I might have to revert back to 1080p. Any input is appreciated!
