Error Creating Dump File

This has happened to me on and off, usually on SR. Multiple champions and varying times. Moving to a lane or attacking or shop, then the screen closes itself and brings up the error. Trying to reload take a couple tries to fix the issue and load back into the game. Using AMD Radeon R7 200 graphics card with and Intel i7-2600k processor and 8gb of ram.
