League not launching fix

I've been having trouble launching League recently, and I think I found a fix for everyone. I tried running as admin, repairing, etc., and nothing seen to work right.

The League of Legends launcher would open up right, but it would never actually let me into the log-in screen. If anyone else has had this trouble, here's what you wanna do.

First, single click the League of Legends icon on the desktop (if you have one, it helps) so it gets highlighted. Second, click on "Open File Location" Third, click on lol.launcher.admin The game should run fine from there. If you don't have lol.launcher.admin, try running League as admin first, and see if that works.

To make things easier for yourself after this, discard your old desktop shortcut and create one for lol.launcher.admin.

I hope this works as well as it does for me you guys.

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong board, I don't use forums. This is literally my first post, and it's quite important that it does get out there. I had this problem for a while, and I couldn't find any guides.
