Certificate Issue/cant see friends/folders

Friends list and all adjacent folders are flashing and are unable to be accessed. Here is the certificate error causing the issue. Here is a conversation with a DigiCert Rep, #fixitriot

------I have tried everything in this forums post already http://forums.eune.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=204709&page=1 I have installed all certificates from the site and gave them access to "ALL BROWSERS" on my computer, even ones I do not use. I welcome more information and stuff I may have missed. The more information we get back to riot, the faster this problem will be solved.
