Leaverbuster Is Bugged

I try to queue into a game with a 20 minute leaver buster timer. When the timer completes and I am in queue for a game the timer freezes at 23:04 and I can't join a game. I waited 10 minutes before giving up, please fix this I've wasted 45 minutes trying to queue for one game.

i cant even get into a pop it goes 10m in the 20m wait timer and cancels out after wards and kicks me outta que i cant even get through the wait timer at all because of it they attempting to reconnect issue has come up and no matter what i do nothing works.
