Skin locked by itself?

I bought knockout lee sin with the shop which was like 50% off in some late December’s and now when I played Lee sin today I found out it’s locked?? And I had to purchase it again? Is this some kind of bug or smt because when I checked again in my purchase history it does display I have bought the skin. Can send pics (but don’t know how in this board)

That's a pretty weird bug. I'd suggest filing a support ticket (found right here) and explaining the situation in detail. They'll most likely be able to help you out :p
