[Gameplay] Ziggs passive not displaying the correct time
Hi,
i had this bug in the last 2 consecutive Ziggs Games i played. Both were on Twisted Treeline Ranked flex queue with one partner.
If you use the passive you get increasingly high times (seems to double by glance but never checked it) the passive itself works after the right amount of time and the time reduction via abilities does work aswell, also his hands glow indicating his passive is ready (and it does deal the damage) but looking on the UI in the bottom it is not available and has about the time of its cooldown left (still counting to zero and then being displayed ready, but with the increased delay).
I did not get to test this in other game modes, but would greatly appreciate a fix there.
Maybe important: There were no connection Problems in the game whatsoever, so it is not coming from there (have seen this with ultimates there in some rare occasions)
