Illoai (E) tenetacle bug

Riot I don't know if this is happening to many people but it occurred in a couple of my games. When I would use Illoai's E it didn't work. The tentacle she normally shoots out wasn't coming out. There wasn't anything in the way blocking it but it just wouldn't appear at all. The bug happened only about 5-10 times in each game. It would normally "fix itself" after a some time. Just figured I'd let you know. I'll give you more information if needed. BUT RITO PLZ.
