[TFT GAMEPLAY] BUG - ITEM/CHAMP GOES MISSING FOR A ROUND

This happened to me twice, once with an item, and once with a champion with an item.

Champion Missing: I believe the champion was Tristana but I can't quite recall. Anyhow, the battle went really long. I wasn't watching the timer but I felt it was going to be a draw. Right before it was a draw, the enemy won. My champion did not go with me to the next round (completely missing, item equipped to them missing as well, no gold for sale of champion). Then, the round after, my champion reappears with the item and everything is fine.

Item Missing: I sold a champion with an item right before jumping through the portal to the next round. My item did not come with me to the next round, but then reappeared the turn after.

It seems to me that the issue in both is something occurring so late in the turn that it doesn't carry to the next round (but then reappears the round after somehow).
