why can't we(or dont) have some feedback or answer when we report a bug?

i dont understand, everytime i post a bug i ask: IS IT NORMAL OR IS IT A BUG? unless its some obvious one like aatrox losing banner wings....but in the case of poro icons not working on aaram i asked and in both cases NO FEEDBACK OR ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BUG?!

how can i know if something i think may be a game breaking bug is normal in certain circumstances or a game breaking bug and needs to be adressed not abused( yes you can be punished for doing stuff YOU DIDN'T KNOW RIOT PUNISHED!)

sooo yeah UNTIL RIOT TELLS US THEY WILL GIVE BETTER FEEDBACK ABOUT THE BUGS WE REPORT IM NOT REPORTING ANYMORE BUGS....there are plenty of bugs still going on that i ASKED ABOUT AND DETAILED that are not getting fixed AND WE HAVE NO IDEA IF RIOT IS WORKING ON THEM OR NOT so imma keep watching them spread ;p
