Ranked Wins Gone

I was playing a Talon Mid game and there were no issues during the entire game. As in no lag, disconnections, or ping spikes. After the game finished the stat screen didn't load and a error message appeared up saying something like "Your game stats will be saved but cannot appear right now. After that the server dced and I haven't received anything for that win. The game is also not shown in my match history. This is a major bug and Riot needs to fix this even if it doesn't happen often.
