> I have met a bug about . What happened is that, when I have 40% cdr, and if I use my 2nd Q at the last moment, my Q resets immediately, but there is a 3 seconds cd when I have 45%cdr. This bug has really affected Riven, just hoping you guys can fix it soon. I tried my best to explain the bug.. but my English is not good..
