Any idea why unable to remake?
When a disconnected player is attempting to connect to the game, that attempt alone disable your opportunity for a remake despite the conditions met. Not a bug if implying I'm right.
Unfortunately, I can't back this up with any other information from Riot. I forgot (or imagined) where Riot typed this information.
