Any idea why unable to remake?
TryMucinex1 votesWhen a disconnected player is attempting to connect to the game, that attempt alone disable your opportunity for a remake despite the conditions met. Not a bug if implying I'm right.
Unfortunately, I can't back this up with any other information from Riot. I forgot (or imagined) where Riot typed this information.

One of the FAQs is "If I do not move from base after my team votes to remake, can I get a penalty too? Yes - Make sure you’re moving around even if your team decides to remake. If you stand idle the system will detect you as AFK and you may face penalties as well."
So this implies that even if you connected to the game and just sat in the base, it's eligible for a remake from your other teammates.
Edit** As it would flag you for AFK, and another quote from the article above.
"/Remake becomes available at 3:00 if a player is disconnected or flagged as inactive for 90 seconds."

Yes, I'm aware of the rules/conditions for /remake.

I mean to tell you that this will override everything else. No matter what happens, if that disconnected player is still attempting to connect to the game, /remake will not be available.
Once again, I am correct under the assumption I really did read what Riot typed (the same thing I typed for you). If I really did imagine it or mistaken it for someone else, then I'm probably wrong.
Sea Bacon1 votesWouldn't make sense as their character is still sitting in fountain even if they are trying to reconnect. If you could find some kind of link to show this, then I would appreciate it as that would be the reason for being unable to remake.
