[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn Auto Attack Bug (it's back!)

Sometimes (50-60% of the time), when basic attacking with Caitlyn, the damage will affect the target the instant the animation starts, and not follow the animation.

This bug appeared a long time ago, and Riot fixed it, but it's back in patch 5.13. Please fix this!
