When will Syndra movement bugs be considered?

It has been a long time that Syndra has been bugged. Whenever she walks, turns around by 180 degrees or something like that, she looks clunky. It has been reported numerous times yet from patch to patch, nothing has been done and it is really annoying because she is not as smooth as she was before.
