Crash

i wrote a report about a week ago and didn't get any replies but anyway, I had 2 games in row that my game crashed and i had to uninstall and re installed LOL. This resulted in 10 min penalty Queue's that I would like to make a request to removed. It wasn't my internet or computer because everything else worked fine. I feel like Im being punished for the lack of LOL server quality. I would like help ASAP so I can actually play some games.
