Dravens Whirling death interaction with Yoricks Omen of death.

So i was playing a game with Draven in that game we also had a Yorick so in a team fight ults me, i used my ult while dead and revived by ult. So after i have used my ult i died therefore my icon of the ultimate was stuck on the 2nd cast part of the Whirling death. After few minutes nothing changed and i was not able to cast this ability for the rest of the game or i could just keep spamming it without anything happening, i think this could use some attention. So to recreate this (Just for lols) you will need of course a Yorick and a Draven

1. Reach lvl 6 for both champs.
2. Let Yorick ult Draven and Draven must die so he will get reincarnated by Yoricks ultimate
3. Whilst under the effect of Yoricks ult Draven must use his Whirling death ability and instantly after the ability has been launched die. If everything is done right then Dravens Ultimate will be turned into the 2nd icon which allows Draven to return the blades to him. This has happened yet only once, but i think it is possible to happen again.
