[Gameplay][Crash] Loading Screen never appearing

Basically, I got into a game of normals with a friend and selected my champion (Thresh supp with exhaust and flash). The timer ended and champ select finished, however when the loading screen should have popped up my screen stayed on my desktop. Additionally, in the corner of my screen was the riot icon that appears in the taskbar. After 5 minutes, my friend said he has been loaded into the game for about 3 minutes but the loading screen had yet to appear for me. When i clicked the riot image in the taskbar, it sent me to the screen people see when they leave a game in progress. I attempted to reconnect with no luck and was unable to connect no matter how many times I tried to reconnect. I unfortunately am unsure as to how you could go about reconnecting the bug but I queued up for a normal 5s on SR with 1 friend, selected thresh with championship thresh skin and the exhasut and flash summoners, then chose my thresh support masteries and support rune page. Hopefully this helps and that this issue can be fixed soon
