Caitlin's "R" Not Working!!

So, yesterday after I so patiently waited for the patch to complete itself, I immediately logged in to play League. I went for my most favorite character, Caitlin!! However, I noticed after I got to level 6 and could use my snipe, the "R" button wasn't working. It was so frustrating! I would have to take my mouse and click it that way for it to work. However, because it took so much time to do that, enemies would usually be out of range by then. So frustrating!! Please fix! Thanks!!
