Bug????

So i just had a game with anivia where around 9min i got "attemting to recconect" even tought my connection was fine. I tried to exit game and rejoin the game. But after leaving the game it but me on clients "home" and there was no option to join the game and i could start new game. i cant see the game in my match history or anything will i be punished for "leaving the game".
