As far as I know, when bard came out it was possible to self-cast his w (Caretaker's Shrine) on your self, now, however, this does not work and you have to manually select yourself and use the ability. This has happened to me once in a normal game and I also made a custom game to test it. I haven't recorded any footage of it because it's pretty self-explanatory. Thanks
Yup its happened to me too ive gotten very used to self casting my W for the immediate speed boost. When I first noticed the bug it cost me First Blood and we went on to lose the lane from there. I hope Riot notices this and fixes it.
