Yasuo Wind Wall

So I just played a game a yasuo, and I thought the wind wall isn't blocking attacks correctly. I may be totally wrong, but many of TF's cards from Pick a Card still went through the wall. Of course, maybe the wind wall is still coming out from me and moving forward and I was late. It still blocked Wild Cards fine though. In another case, Annie's Q and W both went through the wall well after the wind wall was casted (and still going).

Anyone else experience anything like this?
