Still Cannot Connect to Server

{solved} Still getting a server not responding error when I try to log in, anyone else getting this?

Tried restarts, and re-patch but nothing working

Update: I can connect to EUW, but not NA so Im thinking this is serverside

update2: Did a client repair and solved the issue. Most likely related to a loss of power during the patch this evening. Happy summoning!
