[Gameplay] Blitzcrank 'E' causes missed autos
On Blitzcrank when 'E' (Power Fist) is active and expires at any time during the auto attack animation the entire auto attack (as opposed to just the knock up portion) misses completely, doing zero damage.
To repeat (100% repeatable) 1.) Activate Power Fist 2.) Wait until it nears expiration 3.) Auto attack anything (champions, minions, monsters, turrets, etc)
Occurs on Summoners Rift in all game types (Custom, Ranked, Normal, Bots) and I believe it occurs on the other maps as well Occurs with all skins (have tested with no skin, iBlitzcrank, and Riot Blitzcrank) Occurs independent of items and stats (although is easier to reproduce at lower attack speeds)
Has been present all season and maybe longer (I've played 500+ games as AD Blitzcrank top lane this past season) but is more impactful now with recent 'E' changes.
