Unable to click Lock In on Ranked Champ Select

Went into a Ranked Champ Select - Chose Lucian as preference choice When it came to my turn to lock in, I chose Lucian, and pressed lock in, nothing happened. Chose a different champ (Ezreal), pressed lock in, again nothing happened. I tried this multiple times with different champs, tabbed out, changed summoners and masteries etc, spammed lock in again, nothing changed.

The timer ran out and I was removed from the lobby, because of this I now have a 5 minute (one time) matchmaking cool down as well as losing 3 LP, I was on 0 LP and now because of this I am somehow down to Minus 3 LP (not 0). This has never happened before, anyone got any ideas?
