I am sorry to inform you, but i think that the relic shield is broken. When i purchase the relic shield and I hit a champion below 300 health it does not execute them. I would really appreciate if you could fix this. Thank you for the time you probably didn't take to read this. :)

it don't execute champions at all... its not meant to do that... it has an execute on minions for melee ranged champs
Execute is only for melee champions. Gold sharing and heal occur if you kill a minion through any source of damage.
If you were playing Thresh, there are already thousands of threads falsely reporting this as a bug since people apparently don't know how to read tool-tip descriptions.
Did you just say champion? Do you mean minion?
And relic has never been broken, just people unable to read properly. I'm starting to think our schools don't teach the importance of critical reading anymore.
