Cannot load the game, game crashes

Hello,

I would like to complain about a game bug. Some games (cca every 4th game) crash and I cannot join back the game. This results in a remake and I not only lose LP, but mainly I get banned for 5 games and I have to wait 20 minutes to start a game... I always ignored it but it really pisses me off atm. Does anyone have the same problem? Is Riot able to "unban" those 5 games with 20min delay? I have enclosed a screenshot of the game when trying to load back into the game...
