Normal dodging affects ranked dodging...?

I dodged a ranked game recently cause of trolls and it made me lose 10 lp and a 30 minute ban. I don't remember dodging any recent ranked games but then I realised the only game I dodged was a normals a few hours ago and that must have affected it. So dumb ;_:
