[gameplay] sivir spell shield doesn't block nasus' spirit fire

Title. Doing it in an aram right now as Sivir. Sivir, leona, shaco, irelia, zac vs nasus, annie, naut, zed, janna. Whenever Nasus uses E, spell shield blocks no damage or anything, it just times out when it normally wears off.

If the spellshield doesn't pop from the placement of the E then it's a bug. Spellshields don't pop on spells similar to Nasus E after placement, think Morgana W. Basically it doesn't pop if you walk into a dot of some form.

because its not single targeted, its AoE
