Issue using Leftclick after update.

So I just updated and logged into a Normal game only to find that I was unable to cast any abilities. I am a normal cast player and have been unable to use the left click to activate any ability or use attack move. I have restored to default config as I used a custom layout and still had the same issue. While in game I logged out and relaunched the client to no change. I am currently uninstalling the software to start fresh, but if this does not work are there any suggestions?
