Issue using Leftclick after update.

So I just updated and logged into a Normal game only to find that I was unable to cast any abilities. I am a normal cast player and have been unable to use the left click to activate any ability or use attack move. I have restored to default config as I used a custom layout and still had the same issue. While in game I logged out and relaunched the client to no change. I am currently uninstalling the software to start fresh, but if this does not work are there any suggestions?

I'm having the same exact issue. I've tried deleting files inside the config, repairing my game, resetting things to default, literally everything besides deleting and reinstalling LoL so tell me how that goes.

Uninstalling the client, restarted PC then reinstalled and I am still having the same issue. One thing I noticed is with my mouse configuration. I am using a Razer Naga and when I open the the razer synapse app my left mouse button is greyed out but all the other keys are fine. I can use the left mouse click for everything I normally would on my PC only having issues while in LoL. Trying to see if I can get this fixed, what mouse are you using?

Logitch G502, been using it since I first started League and this is the first time having issues.
