Lost IP/Bought champion twice

I have bought Zac today and i went from 15000 IP to 2500 approx. This means that riot thinks i bought him twice I would like to know how i can get my IP back as i am saving for further purchases and my IP has be taken from me unfarily. My username is dodolamest but my ingame name is ShelIVitch, i suggest you copy paste these names as they are spelt with capital Is... Thank you for any help, if this is not where i am suppose to post this, please link me the direction.
