[GAMEPLAY] active items stopped working

it happened in a middle of a ranked game where i had 4 active items and suddenly i couldn't use them at all after 15 minutes that bug stopped maybe useless details: i was playing support pantheon and i had a sightstone ,a flask ,a hydra and a randuin's omen at some point i couldn't use the active anymore if i remember correct i had Yorick on my team and he ultied me when I died once i remember pressing the active items while "reanimated" (don't remember if they worked or not) but maybe that was what triggered the bug
