When I started a ranked que it freeze in champions pick and ban phase on 0 second, no matter what champ is going to ban ...
This happends every second que, that i start ...
I reinstaled the game... I deleted lol/RADS/Solutions .... Nothing helped ...
PLEASE FIX THAT

I'm pretty sure it's not only on win10, since I have win7 and I have these problems too. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, since I'm afraid to join into ranked :'(
Guys, Everybody has Windows 10 in this thread, is it possible that it is a Win10 problem only?

W7, not w10 here. And had it 3 times happen. Had 30 min penalty because of it.
happening to me too I just got penalty and I'm not happy about it. THIS NEW Q IS WACK!
Made a post about that about 24 hours ago, seems to be a really widespread problem in the new Q, no response from anyone from RIOT's end

Ok i've had this bug in the new queue like 7 times and now it does it every time I join the queue. There is one thing and one thing alone that would make this bug a little better: change the new lock in system. In the new queue, you pref a champ, then you actually pick. If you make it so that you don't have to lock in, it would 9/10 temp fix the problem. The ONLY bad things with this is that 1. the champ you pref might get banned, then you get screwed. Or 2. you will pick that same champ regardless of the enemy, which gives you the downside. Anyways, this bug can be temp fixed, but DEFINITELY not ignored. This is a serious bug and I hope that it will get looked at soon. (The new queue can be bugged but

Yea same here...30 min bans all the time, sometimes i cant even log in...it just froze on 0 sec (its funny that i can sometimes use chat while all the rest is frozen)
Have the same probleem i cant do anything and now i have -17 Lp stuck in bronze hell Rito fix your game
Same thing here, again after I reinstalled Windows 10 yesterday, today I played 2 games and the third one again blocks up and I lose 10 LP cause the screen is frozen....

Can't believe that it takes so long for them to fix this. I had two 30 minute bans and lost over 30LP already. It's been two days!! Please hurry up Riot.
I have the same problem, from time to time. Right now i face a 10 mins penalty that i'm not responsible for. My pc is brand new and worked fine in previous patches. This meta is seriously bugged. Random teammates have experienced similar problems, we talk in the chat about it.
What really bothers me is why riot hasn't recognised it as a bug and try to fix it. I mean i looked up in the bugs of this meta and found nothing similar to this. I know it might take some time to fix it, but at least recognising the problem is the start. Since that problem persists, players shouldn't get penalties or the game should go back to the previous meta that worked far better.
