EUW 8.24 Client is Broken ?

EUW's Client since the recent patch 8.24 is broken it starts yesterday mid-day the client isn't responding to anything , 1- I barely able to login to my euw account after along time of being stuck in the "authenticating" part after typing my ID & PW 2- sometimes also i'm not able to login at all it keep "Loading" forever 3- after i successfully logging in then pressing "Play" button simply nth happened , it either stuck or redirect me to choose the game type (summoner rift , ARAM etc) then stuck again in picking the Role and confirm to start so basically is completely broken.
