[GAMEPLAY] Shen's Q does not work properly when he is right on top of the spirit blade

When Shen is right on top of his spirit blade, pressing Q will not give him the 3 empowered auto attack. I think its because the blade doesn't have any distance to travel to Shen (Because they are on the same location) that it does not trigger the Q effect.

1. Press Q to bring the spiritblade right on top of Shen.(This Q will give him the 3 empowered autoattacks. Also do not move shen.)
2. Wait for the empowered auto attacks duration to time out.
3. Press Q again.
4. The Q should not be giving the 3 empowered effect.
