Hovering over items in the Item, Collections doesnt infrequently doesn;t show the item descriptions

This is basically the same issue as reported by someone else a couple of months ago:

Normally, hovering over the item should should review the item description. When you newly open the item page, all the descriptions work as expected when you hover. However, after you view a couple, you can no longer see the descriptions when you hover.
