Tried to Cancel Panth ult, might of hit a bunch of buttons. Locked out abilities and auto attack.

Playing Panth, I tried to ult then cancel by hitting R, I may of also hit shift+ctrl and buttons in that area as I was trying to hold shift as well. When I landed from ult I lost the ability to attack, or use Q,W,E, R.

For some reason my Flash and Smite (D and F) were unaffected. I tried restarting multiple times during the game and pressing shift + caps to no avail. Did not fix until the game actually ended and when I tried a bot game next all my spells worked fine. Incredibly frustrating as we were winning beforehand then we lost. Hopefully you guys can recreate and fix this!
