Tahm Kench Passive Tooltip "Bug"

Hi, Just noticed a "bug" of sorts that is only present in spectator mode.

I was watching my friend play Tahm Kench and was looking at his abilities. The passive tooltip shows "Bad Desc" instead of the actual passive.

Wasn't sure where to report so took it here.
