Q bugged. For Gragas and Pantheon (As far as I know)

I was playing an Aram recently, using Gragas. In the middle of a teamfight i cast my Q but something happened, not sure what, and my barrel disappeared. The description for the spell changed. It said the spell cost 0 mana and it wasnt displaying the damage values. For the rest of the match i was completely unable to cast Q. Not even if i clicked the spell and then tried to manually cast it. Same thing happened with my R later in the game but it somehow resolved itself. After that scare i decided to do a custom to make sure this wasnt going to be permanent. I chose pantheon.... couldnt use Q. I havent tested more champions... but im kinda sure the issue will be present no matter what champ i use. Just to shut down the question before it arises, no, my keyboard is not the issue.
