Logging in forever bug

When ever I try to log in, it says logging in forever... like ive left it running for hours and nothing happens. I have tried running as admin deleting files but nothing seems to work. I'm aware lots of people are reporting this but I feel riot isnt paying attention which is why im also posting it. This is really annoying and I cant play the game.

Tl:dr: RIOT NEEDS TO FIX THE LOGGING IN FOREVER BUG! PLEASE!!!!

I have the same issue except after about two minutes it says there was a connection failure to pvp.net. Then when I actually log on I have to reload the shop several times and I can't even make purchases!
