Space Bar not working

My space bar doesn't work in game. I usually have flash bound to space bar. (ik its weird) but this is not the only time, it works perfectly outside of league and even during the league client. The only time i ever have the issue is in game. Typing in game as well will not let me use the space bar. Never had this issue before and its quite annoying, any ideas you have could help.
