help! league of legends corupt files

so i was having issues with league already before so i had gotten a few bugsplat things before game then managed to reconnect. this last time i couldnt reconnect and then i got a leaverbuster even though i sent the report for bugsplay and the the program didnt let me go back in because it said reparing. now i unistalled it reinstalled it and it keeps saying my files are corrupt that it will repair it. then when its done "repairing it says failed. idk what to do im getting tired of this ive unistalled and reinstalled like 5 times now and still the same issue.
