Morgana's Black Shield and Caitlyn's trap

I have been having a bug recently (I think it is a bug) where if I play morgana and shield myself or an ally, that ally or myself steps onto a trap and caitlyn gains vision of the target and also gets the headshot from the trap. As well as these things, when you are black shielded you can't step on many traps in a row but one every so often. (It is about the same time between if you were going to step on 2 back to back.)

Can someone tell me if this is intended or a bug? (Sorry I was not able to upload footage of this issue)
