Shaco Clone Movement Speed Bug

I encountered a bug involving Shaco's clones movement speed while testing his ultimate in a custom game. When I ult with Shaco his clone does not receive the bonus movement speed from my runes or masteries (% movement speed runes and wanderer). I tested this by going into a game with only movement speed runes, one with only movement speed masteries, and one with none. When testing both the runes and masteries I found out that shacos clone does not receive the bonus movement speed from either of them, however it did recieve the bonus's from everything else in my runes and masteries. This is not game breaking but now whenever someone ults as Shaco all the enemy team needs to do is click on the Shaco player and the clone and look at their movement speeds to determine which one is which (the one with the least movement speed is the clone). The picture shows how I have 371 movement speed and my clone has 350 which is base movement speed.
