Cannot create a lobby, reload and try again

Just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this issue. While encountering the above mentioned error I also got a HTTP rads error while connecting with the legacy launcher. The issue was caused by an assigned ip for l3cdn.riotgames.com in my hosts folder that was incorrect, the problem was resolved when I removed the line from my hosts folder.
