[GAMEPLAY] Dark Seal visual bug/extra AP?

Was playing a game of league when I noticed that enemy Kassadin had 14 item 3041 stacks and 14 item 1082 stacks. After testing this in custom I managed to recreate this every time. First get 2 item 1082 and stack them to 10 after that get item 3041 and leave other item 1082 in your inventory. When you now proceed to get stacks they go up on both item 3041 and item 1082.

Seems like backing and then buying item sometimes resets the seal stacks. Also cancelling item buy resets the stacks on the seal to 10.

After you get kills when the seal has reset tp 10 they will return to correspond to the stacks of the mejais.

To me, it seems like just a visual bug but I didn't do the math on the stacks and AP so I will leave this post at this.

It's not a bug, really, except maybe visually. They have the same name, and it's a unique passive, so they are shown on both. It only uses Meija's numbers, though, so it doesn't give a ton of AP.
