For a little over a week now the league of legends launcher has been refusing to open for me. All that happens is the shield logo pops up, and then the same logo with a small bar underneath it also pops up, and then they both disappear and nothing else launches. I have tried every fix I could find on these forums and others and nothing has worked. I have also uninstalled and re-installed 3 times to no avail. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks!
The basic launcher is lol.launcher;
Try opening your LoL folder and using the lol.launcher.admin instead. You'll find it right next to the other one in the very first folder.
You can also try using either launcher, but opening them in Administrator mode (just right click it and choose that option)
It's difficult to diagnose what may be happening in your situation and we would need some more info to help you out. If you follow this link to player support, it explains where to find log files that can help a tech expert diagnose this problem for you.

Once you have your logs, submit your logs via the red "submit request" button at the bottom of that page and someone should be able to help you out.
