After game lobby showing stats from previous game

Every once in a while after a game, the post game lobby will show stats from a previous game. As shown in this screen shot, the players and champions being listed on the right side differ from the ones in the item build section. The item builds section should show me as Blitzcrank and the other players as their respective champions, as well as a victory. Just for further clarification, the players and champions listed on the right are the correct ones.
